Here is today’s lunch, also a demonstration of my problem with condiments in America. You get a huge packet of fat (mayo), and an itty bitty packet of flavoring. I don’t consider fat to be a flavoring that I should be smearing all over my sandwich, and I like mustard better! Mustard discrimination!
Be true to the thought of the moment and avoid distraction. Other than continuing to exert yourself, enter into nothing else, but go to the extent of living single thought by single thought.
